Roberts & Roberts originally consisted of two brothers, Randell (Randy) C. Roberts and
Bruce L. Roberts, both of Tyler, Texas. They began their professional careers elsewhere, but eventually returned to Tyler to practice law and to raise their families.
In its early years, the firm was known as Loftis & Roberts. Smith County’s former County Judge and District Attorney, Harry Loftis, was a partner in the firm during that time. In 1987,
the law firm moved to the old Simons home in Tyler’s historic Azalea District.
The law firm became known as Roberts & Roberts in 1990, with a primary focus on personal injury law, including auto accidents, truck accidents, unsafe products, workplace accidents and more.
